For our part, we state that any decisions made by a prospective purchaser, must be done so under the strict acceptance, that we do not give legal or financial advice, and to do so would have to be under the banner of our qualified staff, whose name, title and certification details, will be formally notified;
  7. Long Term financial commitments linked to property or otherwise are risky and any party entering such arrangements ought to consult their Adviser whose first advice will no doubt be that mortgages, loans or any finance linked to one's home can put that property at risk if payments upon it are not met;
  8. Appropriate advice ought to be taken on any transaction envisaged.
